Terms of service

1. Who we are

Ad Holic is a digital marketing agency in Cairo, Egypt, registered as Ad Holic for Digital Marketing Solutions. These terms apply to adholic.co, to our services, and to the tools our team uses to deliver client work — including our publishing tool at team.adholic.co.

2. Our services

• We provide social media management, content creation, media buying, branding and web development.
• The proposal or contract you sign with us sets the scope, prices, payment terms and timeline. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal or contract applies.
• Advertising budgets paid to the platforms are separate from our fees, unless the proposal says otherwise.
• We don't guarantee specific results (such as follower counts or sales), because they depend on things outside our control — but we commit to careful, professional work.

3. Your social media accounts

When you ask us to manage your social media, you connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts to our publishing tool through each platform's official API, with your explicit permission.

• We use this access only to publish and schedule the content that you, or someone you authorise, has approved — and to read the basic details needed to do that.
• Before anything is posted to TikTok, the tool shows which account it goes to, and the privacy level, the comment, Duet and Stitch settings and any commercial-content disclosure are chosen for each post.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you approve (prices, offers, and claims about your products or services).
• You can withdraw our access at any time in the platform's settings, or by emailing us, and we stop using it when our contract ends.

4. Content and ownership

• The content we create for you (designs, videos and copy) becomes yours once it has been paid for in full.
• You confirm that any material you send us (logos, photos, music and so on) is yours or licensed to you, and you allow us to use it to do the work.
• We may show work we made for you in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing not to.
• The tools, templates and software we use to do the work remain Ad Holic's.

5. Platform rules

Content published on a platform is also subject to that platform's terms and policies — including TikTok's Terms of Service, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and Meta's and LinkedIn's policies. We don't control the platforms' decisions (such as removing a post or restricting an account) and aren't responsible for them.

6. Using this website

You may browse adholic.co and use its forms for lawful purposes only. Don't try to access or disrupt our systems without permission, or copy the site's content for commercial use without our consent.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Ending the work

Either side can end the work as set out in the proposal or contract. When it ends, we stop publishing to your accounts, disconnect our tools from them, and hand over the content you've paid for.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo handle any dispute — after we've first tried to resolve it amicably.

10. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
